Village & Panchayats

Kamle District comprises eight ZPM segments—

1. Dollungmukh
2. Persin
3. Kamporijo-I
4. Kamporijo-II
5. Raga
6. Pate
7. Chikom
8. Sigin.

As per Census 2011, the district has 234 villages. In the Panchayati Raj setup, there are 162 Gram Panchayat Member (GPM) seats and 67 Gram Panchayat Chairperson (GPC) seats.
